The Finca Montefrío is a family-run organic farm with the famous "pata negra" pigs, as well as sheep, goats, poultry, horses and a donkey. It produces its own hams and related products such as sausages, and also goat cheese, eggs and other farm produce. There are also summer and winter vegetable fields. It also has four self-catering cottages for holiday farming.
